To find the right recovery plan, it’s essential to identify which of these issues applies to you.
If you’re experiencing symptoms, consider focusing on the FOLLOWING TESTS:
General blood test:
- Hemoglobin is greater than 135 for women
- MCV greater than 88 and less than 90
Inflammation markers:
- ESR is less than 10 to15 for women
- Eosinophils is less than 3
- CRP is less than 5 milligrams per Litre
- ECP is less than 15
- Ferritin levels can indicate Anemia when low and inflammation when high. It’s important to consult a doctor for accurate interpretation.
You can rule out hypothyroidism and autoimmune thyroiditis if your:
- Â TSH is less than 2.5
- T3 and T4 are free within average reference ranges
- ATTP and ATTG are at lower reference limits
Cortisol curve analysis.
Cortisol curve analysis is crucial. Instead of a blood test, you should monitor daily saliva cortisol levels to observe fluctuations throughout the day.
For diagnosing B12 and B9 deficiencies:
- Holo-B12 (not cyanocobalamin in tests!)
- Homocysteine is less than 7
- Methylmalonic acid in urine
Then, after receiving the results, you will need to consult an integrative doctor or integrative nutritionist, who will review your case along with your symptoms and test results, and then make comprehensive recommendations for recovery.
Remember to Keep in mind that an integrative nutritionist focuses on narrower reference ranges, aiming to identify issues before they become critical.
